To prevent double bookings, No appointments are guaranteed until our office staff replies with confirmation email. A staff member will reply within 24 Hours to confirm appointments booked online. If your time is not available, please call or email with any requests. 

Please note, the only appointment time that is close to a guarantee is the first appointment of the day, (9am). All other appointments are 4 hour arrival windows. You will receive a text notification when your Tech is on his way helping you to know when to expect your Technician.

If you need a specific window, please relay details to the office and we will do our best to work around your schedule. 


You are always our priority. If you ever do not receive top service, please let the office know so we can work to improve or correct any issue that did not meet your satisfaction or expectation. We aim to be a carpet cleaner you trust to recommend and call back. 

The min. service fee is $99 per visit. Any combined service per visit that does not meet this min. will be charged the full min. fee.


Results can not be guaranteed for repairs specialty stains, pet odor and/or damage, etc. and are at the owners risk and charges will not be refunded.

For the best results with pet odors enzymes are recommended to neutralize protein based stains. Please inform us at the time of booking if any such stains are present if you wish to have them treated. 

We Offer 3 package types. Standard clean is provided due to high demand. However, it is the most basic clean style offered, and no free call backs are provided if stains remain or leak up from the pad. 

For stains, and/or pad penetrations' Gold Package is recommended. The scrub offered in this package helps break up compacted dirt at the bottom of your carpet, as well as agitate the pad so more is lifted and removed during extraction.
